- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease an 8x8-inch baking dish or cast iron skillet.

- In a large mixing bowl, crumble the feta cheese.

- Squeeze out excess moisture from the thawed spinach and add to the bowl.

- Incorporate yogurt, mayonnaise, garlic, red pepper flakes, chopped pepperoncini, and 1 cup of mozzarella into the bowl.

- Transfer the mixture to the baking dish and sprinkle remaining mozzarella over the top.

- Bake for 26 to 30 minutes until golden brown and bubbly. Optionally broil for an extra 2 minutes.

- Let cool for a couple of minutes and serve warm with dippers.
