Method
 

Basic Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C) and grease a bundt pan with unsalted butter.

  3. In another bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Mix in lime juice, sour cream, and buttermilk.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  6. Gradually combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients.
  7. Pour batter into the prepared bundt pan and level the top.
  8. Bake for 75-80 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
  9. Cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes before inverting onto a cooling rack.
  10. Prepare the glaze by mixing powdered sugar with lime juice until smooth.
  11. Glaze the cooled cake and allow it to drip down the sides.
