Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the Peach Syrup: In a medium saucepan, combine sliced fresh peaches, thinly sliced ginger, cane sugar, and 1 cup of water. Stir occasionally and bring to a gentle simmer for about 5 minutes.
  2. Cool the Mixture: Turn off the heat and allow the mixture to cool for about 10 minutes.
  3. Blend the Syrup: Transfer the cooled mixture into a blender and blend until smooth. Strain through a fine mesh strainer into a large pitcher.
  4. Mix the Lemonade: Stir in freshly squeezed lemon juice and 5 cups of cold water. Adjust sweetness to taste.
  5. Serve and Enjoy: Fill glasses with ice cubes, pour the lemonade over ice, and garnish with fresh lemon slices.
