Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 8x8 inch baking dish with non-stick spray or parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine coconut oil, flour, quick oats, maple syrup, coconut sugar, baking powder, and salt until crumbly.
  3. Press two-thirds of the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish to form a solid layer.
  4. Spread raspberry preserves over the pressed oat mixture, leaving a small margin around the edges.
  5. Crumble the remaining oat mixture over the raspberry layer and gently press it down.
  6. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until lightly golden brown.
  7. Allow the bars to cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes before cutting into squares.
