  • 0.75 cups Granulated Sugar Adjust quantity per your sweetness preference.
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract Use pure vanilla for the best flavor.
For Assembly
  • 7 ounces Savoiardi Ladyfingers About 24, can be substituted with homemade.
  • 1 ounce White Chocolate Choose a chocolate you enjoy eating on its own.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the Raspberry Syrup: In a medium saucepan, combine raspberries and water, simmer for 10 minutes, strain to extract juice, return juice to pan, add sugar and lemon juice, simmer for 5 minutes, and chill.
  2. Whip the Cream: Beat heavy cream until stiff peaks form, about 3-5 minutes, and set aside.
  3. Make the Filling: Combine mascarpone cheese, granulated sugar, raspberry syrup, and vanilla extract, mix until smooth, then fold in whipped cream.
  4. Assemble the Layers: Dip ladyfingers in remaining raspberry syrup for 1-2 seconds, arrange in dish, spread half mascarpone filling, and grate half of the white chocolate on top.
  5. Repeat & Finish: Layer remaining ladyfingers dipped in syrup, top with remaining mascarpone filling, and grate remaining chocolate over the filling.
  6. Chill: Cover tiramisu and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight.
