  1. Prepare the Ingredients: Dice the cucumber, finely chop the red onion, and halve the tomatoes. Pit the olives if necessary, then mince the garlic and herbs. Place prepared ingredients in a large salad bowl.
  2. Make the Dressing: Whisk together the red wine vinegar, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and honey in a separate bowl. Slowly add the olive oil while whisking until smooth.
  3. Combine Ingredients: Drain and rinse chickpeas. Add chickpeas, chopped vegetables, olives, and crumbled feta to the large bowl. Toss gently to combine.
