Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, garlic powder, oregano, and a pinch of salt and pepper until smooth. Fold in shredded lettuce, sliced red onion, and banana peppers until well coated. Set aside.
  2. Take the sub rolls and evenly distribute layers of salami, pepperoni, and turkey among them. Layer provolone cheese on top of the meats.
  3. Preheat your oven’s broiler to high. Place the assembled sandwiches on a baking sheet and broil for 2-3 minutes until cheese is bubbly and slightly crisp.
  4. Remove from oven and layer fresh tomato slices over melted cheese. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Top each sandwich with the grinder salad mixture and finish with grated parmesan cheese.
