- In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, garlic powder, oregano, and a pinch of salt and pepper until smooth. Fold in shredded lettuce, sliced red onion, and banana peppers until well coated. Set aside.
- Take the sub rolls and evenly distribute layers of salami, pepperoni, and turkey among them. Layer provolone cheese on top of the meats.
- Preheat your oven’s broiler to high. Place the assembled sandwiches on a baking sheet and broil for 2-3 minutes until cheese is bubbly and slightly crisp.
