Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Boil enough water in a large pot until it bubbles vigorously.
  2. Add the sago pearls to the boiling water, stirring gently.
  3. Cook for about 15 minutes until translucent, stirring occasionally.
  4. Remove from heat, cover, and let sit for 10 minutes.
  5. Drain and rinse the cooked sago under cold running water.
  6. Combine milk and condensed milk in a bowl, whisk together.
  7. Fold in diced dragon fruit and cooled sago into the milk mixture.
  8. Transfer the mixture to a pitcher, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  9. Stir gently before serving in glasses and garnish with fresh mint if desired.
