Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. Transfer roasted peppers to a blender, add garlic and lemon juice, and blend until smooth.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet. Pat tilapia dry and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
  5. Pour the roasted pepper sauce over the tilapia and simmer for 1-2 minutes before serving.
