Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350ºF (175ºC). Gather your ingredients and prepare your workspace.
  2. Cook the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat for about 7-10 minutes until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in the taco seasoning and undrained diced tomatoes and green chiles. Let simmer for about 5 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, combine shredded cheddar cheese and ranch dressing. Add the meat mixture and stir until well combined.
  5. Fill each phyllo tart shell with the taco mixture, filling them about three-quarters full.
  6. Bake for 8-10 minutes until the shells are golden brown and cheese is melted.
  7. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before serving warm.
