- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out defrosted puff pastry on a lightly floured surface to about 1/8 inch thick.
- In a small bowl, combine granulated sugar with ground cinnamon.
- Brush the rolled pastry with melted butter and sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly over it.
