Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, toss cooked chicken with sweet chili sauce until evenly coated.
  2. Warm the tortillas in the microwave for about 15 seconds or on a dry skillet over medium heat.
  3. Spread 1 tablespoon of cream cheese or Greek yogurt onto the warmed tortillas.
  4. Layer shredded lettuce or cabbage, sweet chili-coated chicken, julienned carrot, sliced red bell pepper, and cucumber on each tortilla.
  5. Drizzle additional sweet chili sauce over the fillings and sprinkle with fresh herbs, if using.
  6. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly from the bottom up.
  7. Slice each wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately.
