Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and sugar until smooth. Add shredded green and purple cabbage along with shredded carrots, stirring to combine thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, milk, and minced garlic. Set aside to thicken.
  3. In a saucepan, combine honey, chopped chipotle peppers, and ketchup. Stir continuously for about 5-7 minutes until it simmers and thickens. Set aside.
  4. Preheat your grill or grill pan. Pound chicken thighs to an even thickness, season with salt and pepper, and grill for 5-7 minutes per side until cooked.
  5. Transfer grilled chicken to a bowl and pour honey chipotle sauce over. Toss to coat.
  6. Spread butter on cut sides of brioche buns, toast in a skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
  7. Assemble sliders: bottom bun, honey chipotle chicken, coleslaw, garlic sauce, and top bun.
