  • 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar adjust for sweetness
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream or whipped coconut cream
For the Strawberry Topping
  • 2 cups Strawberries or blueberries/raspberries for variation
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice for brightness
  • Fresh Mint/Pistachios optional garnish

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Brush both sides of the flour tortillas with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
  3. Cut the tortillas into triangles and arrange them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 8–10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, then cool.
  5. In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth, then add powdered sugar and vanilla, followed by heavy cream.
  6. Combine diced strawberries with sugar and lemon juice; let sit for 10-15 minutes.
  7. Layer cinnamon sugar chips on a platter, add cheesecake filling and strawberries.
  8. Dust with powdered sugar and garnish with mint or pistachios, and serve immediately.
