Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Slice chicken thighs or breasts into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the rice or egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and toss with oil.
  3. In a skillet, heat oil and sauté minced garlic and grated ginger for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Add soy sauce and honey, simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add chicken to the skillet, cooking until golden brown and fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes.
  5. Reduce heat, add drained noodles and toss until coated in sauce, about 2-3 minutes.
