Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Sticky Garlic Chicken Noodles
  1. Begin by boiling a large pot of water and adding your choice of noodles. Cook according to the package instructions, usually about 6–8 minutes, or until al dente. Drain the noodles and toss in a light drizzle of oil.
  2. In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of oil over medium-high heat. Add bite-sized pieces of chicken breast and cook for about 5–7 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Reduce the heat and add 3-4 minced garlic cloves to the skillet. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant and golden, being careful not to burn the garlic.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together 1/4 cup of soy sauce, 2-3 tablespoons of honey, and 1 tablespoon of cornstarch. Pour this mixture into the skillet with the chicken and garlic.
  5. Add the cooked noodles and your choice of vegetables into the skillet. Toss everything together for about 2–3 minutes, allowing the noodles and veggies to absorb the sticky sauce.
  6. Remove from heat and serve immediately in bowls. Garnish with sesame seeds or sliced green onions.
