  • 1 tbsp Sriracha plus water to thin

  1. Begin by cooking your uncooked rice according to package instructions. Fluff with a fork and set aside.
  2. Wash and chop your broccoli into small florets and set aside.
  3. Slice chicken breasts into strips, season with salt, pepper, and other spices, ensuring even coating.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet, add seasoned chicken, and cook for 8-10 minutes until fully cooked and golden brown.
  5. In the same skillet, cook chopped broccoli for about 3-5 minutes until tender but crisp.
