Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine chopped spinach, mozzarella, Parmesan, cream cheese, onion powder, garlic powder, and egg yolk until creamy.
  3. Unroll the crescent dough, cut each triangle in half, and place 1 tablespoon of filling in the center of each triangle.
  4. Fold the corners of each triangle over the filling and pinch edges to seal.
  5. Place the assembled appetizers on the baking sheet and brush tops with beaten egg white.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving warm with marinara sauce or ranch dressing.
