For the Tuna Tartare
  • 1 lb Fresh Tuna sushi-grade, finely diced
  • 2 stalks Green Onion finely chopped
  • 1 small Cucumber finely diced
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce Halal-certified
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 1-2 tsp Sriracha to taste
For the Chipotle Mayo
  • 1/2 cup Chipotle Mayo mix mayo with chipotle sauce to taste
For the Toppings
  • 1 Avocado diced
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro optional
  • 1 Lime juiced

Directions
  1. Prepare Tostadas: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake corn tortillas for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  2. Mix Tuna Tartare: In a mixing bowl, combine diced tuna, green onions, cucumber, soy sauce, sesame oil, and Sriracha. Toss gently to combine.
  3. Make Chipotle Mayo: In a small bowl, blend mayo and chipotle sauce until smooth. Adjust spice level to taste.
  4. Assemble Tostadas: Spoon tuna mixture onto warm tostadas, top with diced avocado, drizzle chipotle mayo, and garnish with cilantro and lime juice.
  5. Serve Immediately: Present the tostadas on a platter with lime wedges and serve right away.
