  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup Can substitute with homemade cream sauce.
For the Vegetables
  • 1 cup Fresh Bell Peppers Any color can be used.
  • 0.25 cup Green Onions Substitute with chives if desired.
For the Spices
  • 1 tsp Paprika Smoked paprika can be used.
  • 0.5 tsp Cayenne Pepper Adjust for spice preference.
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder Fresh minced garlic can be used.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a large casserole dish.
  2. In a large pot, heat oil and cook chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through.
  3. Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente.
  4. Shred cooked chicken and mix with spaghetti, cream of chicken soup, bell peppers, spices, and half of the cheese.
  5. Transfer mixture to the greased casserole dish and top with remaining cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  7. Let rest for 5 minutes, garnish with green onions, and serve.
