Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat until shimmering. Add boneless chicken breast, sauté for about 6-7 minutes, until lightly browned and no longer pink.
  2. Season the chicken with salt and black pepper, toss to distribute evenly.
  3. Add diced red, yellow, and green bell peppers, and minced garlic. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until bell peppers soften slightly.
  4. Pour in soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and sriracha, stir to coat. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens slightly.
  5. Remove from heat and top with sliced jalapeños, chopped green onions, and fresh cilantro.
  6. Serve immediately while hot, optionally with steamed rice or noodles.
