Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Marinate the steak bites with Cajun seasoning for 10 to 20 minutes.
  2. Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat for about 3 minutes.
  3. Sear the marinated steak bites for about 3 to 4 minutes, then flip and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Cook medium pasta shells in salted boiling water for 8 to 10 minutes, then drain.
  5. In the same skillet, lower the heat and add heavy cream, minced garlic, and both cheeses. Stir until melted.
  6. Add drained pasta shells and seared steak bites into the skillet, tossing to coat.
  7. Serve with fresh herbs or additional cheese if desired.
