  3. In a large pot, boil salted water, cook linguine until al dente, reserve ½ cup pasta water, then drain.
  4. Melt butter in the same skillet, sauté minced garlic, then add heavy cream and cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Stir in grated Parmesan and Cajun seasoning into the sauce, then add linguine and toss to coat.
  6. Plate the linguine, top with sliced chicken, and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
