Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Season the chicken breasts with smoked paprika, chili flakes, salt, and pepper. Marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, add oil, and sear the chicken for 5-6 minutes on each side.
  3. Remove chicken and sauté garlic and onion in the same skillet for 3-4 minutes. Stir in coconut milk, broth, lime juice, and tomato paste, blending until smooth.
  4. Return chicken to the skillet, cover, and simmer on low for 15-20 minutes.
  5. Taste the sauce and adjust seasoning before serving.
  6. Serve garnished with cilantro and lime wedges, over rice or quinoa.
