  • 1 tablespoon Palm Sugar Brown sugar can be used as an alternative.
  • 1 bottle Crisp White Wine Sauvignon Blanc or similar, un-oaked.
  • 1 bottle Champagne or Prosecco Use sparkling water for non-alcoholic.
For Serving
  • 1 bunch Mint Leaves For garnish.
  • 2 cups Crushed Ice

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large pitcher, place 2 cups of crushed ice, then add sliced peaches and raspberries. Sprinkle in palm sugar.
  2. Pour a bottle of chilled white wine over the fruit mixture and stir well until sugar dissolves.
  3. Cover the pitcher and chill in the refrigerator for about 2 hours to let the flavors meld.
  4. Before serving, pour in Champagne or Prosecco gently and stir lightly to combine.
  5. Garnish each glass with a sprig of fresh mint and serve cold.
