Method
 

Step-By-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Open the Pillsbury Biscuit Dough and separate each biscuit. Roll into ropes about 8 inches long and cut into four equal sections.
  3. Bring water to a rolling boil and add baking soda just before using for the pretzel bath.
  4. Boil cut dough pieces in small batches for 15 seconds on each side before transferring them to the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Whisk together the egg and water for the egg wash, brush over boiled dough, and sprinkle with coarse salt.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes until golden brown and slightly crisp.
