- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Open the Pillsbury Biscuit Dough and separate each biscuit. Roll into ropes about 8 inches long and cut into four equal sections.
- Bring water to a rolling boil and add baking soda just before using for the pretzel bath.
- Boil cut dough pieces in small batches for 15 seconds on each side before transferring them to the prepared baking sheet.
- Whisk together the egg and water for the egg wash, brush over boiled dough, and sprinkle with coarse salt.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes until golden brown and slightly crisp.
