Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare Ingredients: Gather and measure all your ingredients.
  2. Cook Pasta: Boil salted water, add pasta, cook until al dente (8-10 minutes), reserve a cup of pasta water.
  3. Sauté Chicken: Heat olive oil, add seasoned chicken thighs, cook 6-8 minutes on each side until golden and 165°F internal temperature.
  4. Make Sauce: In same skillet, sauté garlic and red pepper flakes in remaining oil, then add honey and caramelize.
  5. Combine: Add chicken back, pour in reserved pasta water, add drained pasta, toss to coat.
