For Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped Fresh Parsley Can substitute with any fresh herb
For the Veggies
  • 1 bunch Medium Thickness Asparagus Avoid very thin or thick asparagus

Method
 

Preparation Instructions
  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 400-425°F, or your oven to a steady 425°F.
  2. Cut out large squares of aluminum foil, about 12-14 inches in size for each pack.
  3. Divide shrimp among the foil squares, placing them near the center. Arrange asparagus on one side.
  4. Drizzle half a tablespoon of dry white wine or chicken broth over each packet, then sprinkle with minced garlic and lemon zest. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Seal the aluminum foil packets securely, ensuring no gaps are left.
  6. If grilling, cook the sealed packets on the grill for about 9-10 minutes.
  7. For baked versions, place packets in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 13-15 minutes.
  8. Once cooked, carefully open the foil packets and transfer the contents to plates. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and an extra squeeze of lemon juice.
