  • 1 tablespoon Honey can use maple syrup for a vegan option
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha Sauce adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
For the Veggies
  • 4 cups Broccoli Florets fresh
For the Sauce
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth or Water or vegetable broth for vegetarian option
For Serving
  • 2 cups Cooked Rice or Quinoa
  • to taste Sesame Seeds for garnish
  • to taste Green Onions sliced for garnish

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by heating olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add chopped onion and sauté for 3–4 minutes until the onion turns translucent.
  2. Stir in the minced garlic and fresh ginger, cooking for about 1 minute.
  3. Add the ground turkey to the pan, cooking for 5–7 minutes until browned.
  4. Stir in the soy sauce, honey, sriracha, and sesame oil until the meat is evenly coated.
  5. Pour in chicken broth and reduce heat to low, allowing the mixture to simmer for about 5 minutes.
  6. Microwave or steam the broccoli florets for 3–4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  7. Add the broccoli to the pan with the turkey mixture, stirring gently to combine. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Spoon the turkey and broccoli mix over cooked rice or quinoa. Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions.
