- Wash and halve the baby potatoes, then place them in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Drizzle olive oil over the potatoes and sprinkle paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat.
- Coat chicken breasts or tenders with the garlic parmesan sauce, then place them on top of the seasoned potatoes. Toss gently.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
- 20 minutes before cooking time ends, add the broccoli florets and stir gently.
- In the final 5 minutes, sprinkle mozzarella and grated parmesan cheese over the top.
- Serve warm portions onto plates, optionally drizzling with extra garlic parmesan sauce.
