  • 1 pound Baby Potatoes Halved
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 pound Chicken Breasts or Tenders
For the Sauce & Veggies
  • 1 cup Garlic Parmesan Sauce Homemade or store-bought
  • 1 cup Broccoli Fresh florets
For the Cheesy Finish
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese Shredded
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash and halve the baby potatoes, then place them in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  2. Drizzle olive oil over the potatoes and sprinkle paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat.
  3. Coat chicken breasts or tenders with the garlic parmesan sauce, then place them on top of the seasoned potatoes. Toss gently.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
  5. 20 minutes before cooking time ends, add the broccoli florets and stir gently.
  6. In the final 5 minutes, sprinkle mozzarella and grated parmesan cheese over the top.
  7. Serve warm portions onto plates, optionally drizzling with extra garlic parmesan sauce.
