  • 4 cups Prepared Mashed Potatoes Homemade is a flavor upgrade.
  • 1 loaf Garlic Bread Any bread can work as a substitute.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the beef by cutting the beef chuck roast into 2-3 inch chunks for even cooking.
  2. Add seasoning by sprinkling the onion soup mix and brown gravy mix evenly over the top of the beef.
  3. Pour liquid by drizzling the apple cider vinegar over the seasoned beef.
  4. Cook low and slow by covering the slow cooker and cooking on LOW for 6-8 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours.
  5. Prepare sides about 30 minutes before serving, heating prepared mashed potatoes or making homemade.
  6. Serve by gently stirring the beef with the gravy and serving over warm mashed potatoes with garlic bread.
