  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil for drizzling
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger grated
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil for frying

Preparation Steps
  1. Prepare your ingredients: peel shrimp, cut asparagus, slice mushrooms.
  2. Marinate shrimp with soy sauce and salt for 10 minutes.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Sauté garlic and ginger in hot oil until fragrant.
  5. Cook marinated shrimp until pink and opaque, then set aside.
  6. Stir-fry asparagus and mushrooms for 3-5 minutes until tender.
  7. Add shrimp back into the pan with remaining soy sauce and oyster sauce.
  8. Season with salt and pepper, and finish with sesame oil.
  9. Serve immediately over rice or noodles.
