- Preheat your oven to 400°F (204°C).
- Line a large casserole dish with Reynolds Wrap® Heavy Duty Foil.
- Spread thinly sliced shallots and half of the whole garlic cloves in the dish. Sprinkle with fresh thyme and rosemary.
- Place the seasoned chicken on top, drizzle with oil, and season with salt and pepper.
- Scatter remaining garlic cloves and pour in chicken broth and white wine.
- Roast uncovered for about 1 hour or until golden brown and reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Broil for the last 5 to 7 minutes for crispy skin.
- Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
