- Preheat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat for about 2 minutes.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned and no longer pink.
- Whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, and freshly grated ginger in a mixing bowl. Set aside.
- Pour the sauce over the browned ground beef in the skillet. Stir well and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions, usually around 6-8 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- Add the drained noodles to the skillet with the beef and sauce. Toss everything together for 1-2 minutes.
- Remove from heat, portion onto plates, and garnish with chopped green onions.
