  • 1 lb Extra Large Shrimp Peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour
For the Garlic Sauce
  • 6 cloves Fresh Garlic Minced
  • 4 tbsp Unsalted Butter Diced
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
For Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper Optional
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
For Finishing Touches
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice To taste
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley Chopped, for garnish

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Pat the extra large shrimp dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine all-purpose flour, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Toss shrimp in the seasoned flour.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil and diced butter over medium heat until melted.
  4. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Place seasoned shrimp in the skillet and cook for about 2 minutes without stirring.
  6. Flip shrimp to cook the opposite side for another 2 minutes until opaque.
  7. Remove skillet from heat and squeeze fresh lemon juice over the shrimp, tossing to combine.
  8. Serve hot, drizzling extra garlic butter sauce over the top and garnish with parsley.
