  • 8 ounces Mozzarella or Provolone Cheese Choose based on preference
  • 4 large Flour Tortillas Soft and sturdy variety
  • 2 tablespoons Melted Butter For brushing
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Parsley
For the Au Jus
  • 2 cups Beef Broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • to taste Salt & Pepper Season as desired

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Lay out your tortillas and distribute slices of roast beef evenly along the center.
  3. Add cheese on top of the beef, then carefully fold and roll the tortillas tightly.
  4. Brush melted butter on the outside and sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, and parsley on top.
  5. Bake for 12–15 minutes until crispy and golden, and cheese is bubbling.
  6. Prepare au jus by combining beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder in a saucepan; simmer for 5–7 minutes.
  7. Slice the roll ups into bite-sized pieces and serve warm with the au jus.
