Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the Chipotle Sauce by mixing chipotle adobo sauce, mayonnaise (or yogurt), lemon juice, minced garlic, and salt until creamy.
  2. Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes and brush the outer sides of each slice of sourdough bread with olive oil.
