- On each flattened breast, layer turkey and Swiss cheese. Roll tightly and secure with toothpicks.
- Prepare a breading station with separate bowls for flour, beaten eggs with milk, and breadcrumbs.
- Dip the chicken roll in flour, then egg mixture, and finally breadcrumbs.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Brown the chicken rolls for 4-5 minutes.

- In a saucepan, melt more butter, whisk in flour, add milk, and cheese until smooth and creamy.
