Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place each chicken breast between plastic wrap. Use a meat mallet to pound to 1/2 inch thick.
  3. On each flattened breast, layer turkey and Swiss cheese. Roll tightly and secure with toothpicks.
  4. Prepare a breading station with separate bowls for flour, beaten eggs with milk, and breadcrumbs.
  5. Dip the chicken roll in flour, then egg mixture, and finally breadcrumbs.
  6. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Brown the chicken rolls for 4-5 minutes.
  7. Transfer the rolls to a greased baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  8. In a saucepan, melt more butter, whisk in flour, add milk, and cheese until smooth and creamy.
  9. Once baked, let rest before slicing. Serve drizzled with Swiss cheese sauce.
