Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. In a large skillet, sauté 1 lb of ground beef and 1 small chopped onion over medium heat for 7-8 minutes until browned.
  3. Add 1 small shredded cabbage, 14.5 oz can of diced tomatoes, and 1 cup of cooked rice. Season with Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
  4. Allow the mixture to simmer on the stove for about 5 minutes until cabbage is softened.
  5. Transfer the mixture into the greased baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Cover tightly with foil and bake for 30-35 minutes. Check at 30 minutes for cabbage tenderness.
  7. Let the dish rest for 5 minutes before serving.
