  1. Start by rinsing and slicing the cremini mushrooms into thick pieces, then cut broccoli into florets. Mince garlic and chop thyme.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms and sauté for 5 to 7 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Toss in broccoli florets and cook for another 5 to 7 minutes until tender-crisp. Add water if too dry.
  4. Stir in garlic and thyme, cooking for 1 minute. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice before serving.
