Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the thawed puff pastry to about ⅛ inch thickness.
  3. Cut the rolled pastry into rectangles, roughly 3 inches by 5 inches.
  4. Spread a thin layer of Dijon mustard over one half of each pastry rectangle.
  5. Layer a slice of deli ham on top of the mustard and sprinkle with cheese.
  6. Sprinkle salt, pepper, and optional parsley over the cheese.
