For the Creamy Base

Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Rinse the strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries gently under cold water. Dry the berries using paper towels or a clean kitchen cloth.
  2. Hull and cut the strawberries into quarters and arrange the dried berries on a plate.
  3. In a medium mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese on medium speed for about 2-3 minutes until smooth. Gradually pour in the Vanilla Coffee Creamer, mixing continuously.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, add the prepared berries and fold in the cheesecake mixture gently until everything is coated.
  5. Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or serve immediately. Cover the bowl if chilling to prevent odor absorption.
