Preparation Steps
- Start by placing a cup of fresh raspberries into a cocktail shaker. Using a muddler, gently press down on the raspberries to release their vibrant juice, about 30 seconds.
- Next, add the juice of 2 limes and 2 tablespoons of honey or simple syrup to the shaker with the muddled raspberries. Toss in a handful of ice cubes and securely close the shaker. Shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into a tall glass filled with fresh ice to maintain that chill. Use a fine sieve or a cocktail strainer to separate the liquid from any raspberry seeds or pulp.
- To add that signature fizz, top off the strained mixture with sparkling water. Pour gently to avoid losing the bubbles.
- Garnish the mocktail with a slice of fresh lime or a few whole raspberries on the rim of the glass. Serve immediately.

Notes
Customize sweetness by adjusting honey or syrup levels as per taste. Keep the serving glass in the freezer for a frosty presentation.
