Step-by-Step Instructions

  6. Roll the dough up tightly into a log, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  7. Slice the chilled log into ¼ inch rounds and place each on the prepared baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until the edges are lightly golden.
  9. Cool completely on a wire rack before drizzling melted white chocolate over the cookies.
