- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
- Roll out one sheet of fully thawed puff pastry to a rectangle approximately 12x16 inches on a floured surface.
- In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Spread half of the cream cheese filling over the puff pastry, then layer with raspberry preserves.
- Roll the pastry tightly into a log from the long side.
- Cut each log in half lengthwise and then into 3 equal pieces.
- Twist each piece and coil them into a spiral shape, placing them in the muffin cups.
- Optionally, brush the tops with melted butter and bake for 22-25 minutes.
- Allow to cool for 5 minutes before dusting with powdered sugar and enjoy.
