Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
  2. Roll out one sheet of fully thawed puff pastry to a rectangle approximately 12x16 inches on a floured surface.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Spread half of the cream cheese filling over the puff pastry, then layer with raspberry preserves.
  5. Roll the pastry tightly into a log from the long side.
  6. Cut each log in half lengthwise and then into 3 equal pieces.
  7. Twist each piece and coil them into a spiral shape, placing them in the muffin cups.
  8. Optionally, brush the tops with melted butter and bake for 22-25 minutes.
