- Heat a large non-stick pan over medium heat for about 2 minutes. Once warm, place one large flour tortilla in the pan for about 30 seconds, allowing it to slightly soften.
- Sprinkle a generous amount of shredded mozzarella cheese over the tortilla, covering it evenly. Carefully press another tortilla on top and cook for about 2-4 minutes. Flip it gently to ensure both sides become golden brown and crisp.
- Once both sides are golden, remove the top tortilla. Spread a layer of pizza sauce over it, followed by remaining mozzarella cheese. Arrange pepperoni slices and any sliced black olives evenly over the cheese.
- Transfer the assembled pizzadilla onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and bake for about 5-10 minutes.
- Once out of the oven, allow the Pepperoni Pizzadilla to cool for a minute before slicing it into wedges. Serve them hot.
