Method
 

Baking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9-inch springform pan by greasing it and lining the bottom with parchment paper.
  2. Sift together all-purpose flour, baking powder, and baking soda in a medium mixing bowl.
  3. In a large bowl, beat softened butter and sugar with an electric mixer until light and fluffy.
  4. Add eggs, vanilla extract, and Greek yogurt to the butter mixture and beat until well combined.
  5. Gradually add sifted dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing gently until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared springform pan and arrange sliced peaches and blueberries on top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour, until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for about 40 minutes before removing from the springform pan.
