Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the cabbage into thick ½ inch rounds and brush both sides with olive oil.
  3. Combine ground meat, onion, garlic, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  4. Shape the meat mixture into patties to place atop cabbage slices.
  5. Bake the burgers for approximately 25 minutes, until the meat is cooked through.
  6. If using cheese, sprinkle it on top and broil for an additional 3-5 minutes until melted.
  7. Remove from oven, allow to cool slightly, garnish if desired, and serve immediately.
