Preparation

  3. Coat the Chicken: Remove chicken from buttermilk, dredge thoroughly in spice mixture, shaking off excess flour.
  4. Fry the Chicken: Heat oil in a pan to 350°F. Fry chicken for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Make the Dill Pickle Aioli: Combine mayonnaise and dill pickle juice in a bowl until smooth.
  6. Assemble the Sliders: Place fried chicken on buns, top with dill pickle slices and aioli, then serve.
