Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add bowtie pasta and cook for 8-10 minutes until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet. Season chicken breast with salt and pepper and cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown. Set aside.
  3. Create the Sauce: In the same skillet, reduce heat and add butter. Once melted, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute.
  4. Simmer the Cream: Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine and let simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add Cheese and Chicken: Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted. Return chicken to skillet for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Combine with Pasta: Add drained pasta to the skillet and toss to coat.
  7. Melt the Mozzarella: Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top, cover and cook for 2-3 minutes until melted.
  8. Serve and Garnish: Remove from heat, garnish with parsley, and serve immediately.
